General Info

It is a small limestone island not far from the shore that some people regard as one of the most beautiful dive sites in the Gulf of Thailand. Suitable for both snorkeling and scuba diving.

There is an underwater landmark that divers must visit, which is a heart-shaped cave called The Heart of the Sea.

Apart from diving, there are other activities such as visiting the crab nurseries run by locals and visiting local restaurants with fresh seafood.

• Highlight

  The unique feature is the large sea anemone fields with many clownfish. There are also a variety of hard corals and soft corals, while in the deeper zone, there are rock walls with large sea fans. Whale sharks are often seen.

• Train: You can get off at several stations depending on the location of the diving tour company: Bang Saphan Noi Station (Prachuap Khiri Khan Province), Huai Sak Station(Prachuap Khiri Khan Province), Mab Ammarit Station (Chumphon Province), and Khao Chai Rad Station (Chumphon Province).

• Bus: There are many companies providing services from Bangkok. It takes approximately 6 hours. The drop off point depends on the location of the tour company.
